Using the Website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:
- interfere with the website’s security or operation;
- submit false, misleading or offensive information through our forms; or
- copy, scrape or reuse website content for commercial purposes without our permission.
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Information on the website is general and may change without notice.
Sessions, Events and Membership
- Session and event details, including dates, venues and availability, may change. We will let registered attendees know about changes as soon as we reasonably can.
- When you attend a session at a golf club, you must follow that club’s rules, dress code and etiquette, and any instructions from club staff.
- Golf involves physical activity. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own equipment and belongings.
- Specific membership terms, including any fees and Founding Member benefits, will be confirmed with you in writing before you join. Those terms apply alongside these terms.
Networking and Referrals
Golf Working helps members build relationships and share referrals, but we are not a party to any business arrangement between members or with people they introduce. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for checking anyone you choose to do business with. Treat information shared by other members with respect and confidentiality.
We may refuse or end participation if someone behaves in a way that is unlawful, unsafe, or disrespectful to other members, guests or venue staff.
Intellectual Property
The Golf Working name, logo, website design and content belong to Golf Working or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or other New Zealand law that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, Golf Working is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or participation in sessions.

Governing Law
